I also do the swinging exercise each afternoon after I have finished work. It only takes about 5 to 10 minutes. Then before going to bed I close my eyes, place a dark cloth over them and just relax.

There are several reason for poor eyesight. It can be caused by being under a lot of pressure, stress, mental strain, tension and even poor eating habits. Most people believe that their eyesight is hereditary and although that is the case for many, it’s not necessarily the truth for everyone.
